The most effective methods are simple, easy to implement, and usefully habit-forming. This programme works around a core of breath work, mind, thought and body connection. This encourages self-awareness, enabling children to understand what is going in their head and why. The programme has two parts that are conducted at the beginning and end of the school day. The first part combines physical movement with guided observation of physical reactions and thoughts. Part two introduces a form of mental download that uses free association writing and drawing. This mix gives children the key to how their minds work and how negative thinking affects them.
